2-factor authentication with TOTP
These steps will guide you through setting up
Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP)
as a second authentication factor for locize.
Prerequisites
You own a smartphone or tablet installed with an appropriate app, like:
Google Authenticator for iOS
Google Authenticator for Android
You already have a valid
locize user account
.
To enable TOTP, do the following:
1.
Go to the corner menu (your avatar).
2.
To Enable TOTP click on the "ENABLE TOTP" menu item in the Two-factor authentication card.
3.
Scan the qrcode and enter the resulting code of your app.
4.
When successful you will see the greed circle.
5.
Upon logging in, you will be prompted for the TOTP Code.
6.
Insert the TOTP Code showed on your app and clock LOGIN.
