2-factor authentication with WebAuthn
These steps will guide you through setting up
WebAuthn
as a second authentication factor for locize.
Prerequisites
You have a
WebAuthn compatible
credential or device.
You already have a valid
locize user account
.
To enable WebAuthn, do the following:
1.
Go to the corner menu (your avatar).
2.
To Enable WebAuthn click on the "ENABLE WEBAUTHN" menu item in the Two-factor authentication card.
3.
Setup your WebAuthn credential.
(this depends on your device/credential type)
4.
When successful you will see the greed circle.
5.
Upon logging in, you will be prompted for the WebAuthn credential.
(this depends on your device/credential type)
There's also the possibility to add multiple WebAuthn credentials for different devices.
