How can a segment/key be copied/moved or renamed?
To do so, you need to go to the
Global View
.
Select the "copy" icon next to the recycle bin (delete) icon.
You will now see an additional popup window.
Change the key name and/or the namespace name.
Then you can choose if you want to MOVE the key or to COPY the key.
Changing only the key name and keeping the namespace where the key originated from, will perform a rename action.
Some examples:
Changing the namespace name and keeping the same key name:
MOVE: will move that key to a different namespace.
COPY: will copy that key to a different namespace.
Changing the key name and keeping the same namespace name:
MOVE: will rename the key
COPY: will copy that key into the same namespace, with a new key name
